Employee Agreement: 

The relationship between Shake N' Weiner and it's employees will be established in this contract. Employee guidelines, expectations, and responsibilities will be outlined in the employee agreement. It will serve as the contractual obligation for the employee to work at Shake N' Weiner.

Lease Agreement:

The purpose of the leasing agreement is to provide Shake N' Weiner with a space to operate its restaurant in. The contract will describe rules and regulations of doing business in the landlord's facility. As consideration for allowing Shake N' Weiner the right and responsibility of using the building for a designated period of time, Shake N' Weiner will pay an agreed upon monthly payment to the leaser.

Vendor Agreement:

A Vendor Agreement will be established between Shake N' Weiner and all food suppliers and distributors. It will outline the responsibility of each company to provide Shake N' Weiner with adequate goods and services in a timely manner. As consideration for the vendor's duties, Shake N' Weiner will pay the agreed  the agreed upon amount.

Customer Agreement:

Shake N' Weiner will stand by a customer contract to ensure that each customer is provided with quality food and unparalleled customer service in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. A copy of the agreement will be in eyesight for all customers to see. By creating this type of customer contract, we at Shake N' Weiner demonstrate our commitment to customer satisfaction.
